Process
Operation: This CIP unit is suitable for cleaning in place of process
equipments like sanitary pipes, tanks, heat exchangers, filling machines etc.
It consists water recirculation tank, CIP pressure pump, tubular heat
exchanger, and temperature control system and control panel. All the components
are built on the SS frame. Flow will be indicated and manually regulated as per
the object requirements. Initially detergents will be added into the detergent
tanks by dosing pump to get the required concentration during the product
preparation cycle. The object to be cleaned is required to be connected to the
CIP unit. In the Module the detergent solution is circulated over its detergent
tank (optional) after cleaning solution is recovered back to the tank for
reuse. Hot Water is circulated over the circulation tank and is for single use.
All heating is done in line in the heat exchanger. The control system is
automatically controls the cleaning programme, time, temperature and the
conductivity meter (optional) is used for concentration check of detergent
solution and sorting of liquids. Utilities Required (Approx): Steam at 3 bar:
