- Possibility
to allow C.I.P for all the product inlet and outlet pipes threw NF from
external source.
- Whey
inlet should have the safety filters (duplex) with auto change over
arrangement, with feed back of pressure difference.
- All
the valves and fittings should be of sanitary design and of reputed make.
- All
the circulation & pressure pumps should be of reputed make &
sanitary design.
- Control
system should be Control room based, preferable PLC (S-7-400) with SCADA,
Siemens, two number of PC for operation.
- All the instruments should be of E& H
or equivalent make.
- All the frequency converter should be –
Allen-Bradley, Dan Foss,
- Guarantee of consistency for the out put
mineral profile, based on the mineral profile given for feed.
- Guarantee
for the 20% concentration of whey.
- Guarantee
for the 50% de mineralization of the whey.
- Offer
should include the separate offer for supply of ROP for the treatments of
NF permeate.
