Sterilization Procedure
All the valves on the lines connected to the jacket will be manually operated. These include raw water, chilled water, steam lines along with isolation valves in the loop.


Inlet / Exhaust filter sterilization will be manual through diaphragm valve.


The system has provision for sending steam direct into the vessel after 100°C for accelerated sterilization and independent sterilization of air inlet filter
