PLATE:
The heat
exchanger plate will be of sanitary design. The entire Product contact and
exterior surface will be easily accessible or readily removable for cleaning an
inspection.
GASKETS:
The sealing gaskets will be
food grade rubber and will ensure complete sealing and prevent any cross
leakage between product and service liquids. The gasket material will be
non-toxic, fat resistant, non-absorbent and will have smooth surface.
SUPPORTING FRAME:
The
supporting frame for the plate heat exchanger will be of a self-supporting
design. The Frame and pressure plate will be of mild steel cladded with
stainless steel (AISI 304) grade and will be manually operated stainless steel
(AISI 304) of multi bolt tightening design with eight points. The tightening
device will be able to exert uniform pressure on all the parts of heat transfer
plates. The frame and tightening device will prevent the plates from deflecting
under pressure differential of minimum 4 Kg/cm2. Two tightening devices with
necessary made out of pipe sleeves of AISI-304 will be provided for protecting
the tie rod. Pipe sleeves also be provided in between the rear and the from
supporting block to avoid excessive tightening of plates beyond the minimum
plate pack length.

INLETS/OUTLETS:

The
inlets and outlets of plate heat exchanger for product side as well as Service
side will be provided with complete SMS union of
stainless steel (AISI 304)

THERMOWELLS:
·
Stainless steel (AISI 304) pockets for thermometer on all the inlets and
Outlets of product and service sides
·
BALL
FEET:
·
The
Frame will be provided with adjustable stainless steel ball feet with provision
for Height adjustment of 50mm.

TOOLS
·
Essential special tool will
be supplied with the plant
