SS 304 Cream Storage Ageing Tank Cap. 10 KL

Inner Shell of the Tank dia

2100 mm and 2900 mm cylindrical height with

SS 304 Dimple Jacket and Insulated with 100 mm

thk.

Rockwool / Mineral wool and finally covered

with 2 mm thk SS 304 Sheets. The thicknesses

of various Shells are as under:

Inner Shell - 6 mm thk.

Inner Bottom Cone - 6 mm thk.

Inner Top Cone - 6 mm thk.

Dimple Jacket for Shell - 3 mm thk. (TIG welding)

Dimple Jacket for Bottom cone - 3 mm thk. (TIG

welding)

Outer Shell and Bottom Cone - 2 mm thk.

The Tank will be provided with the following

accessories:

a) 4 Nos. Trapezodial Legs with adjustable ball feet

b) 1 No. Manhole Size: 500 mm dia

c) Necessary Nozzles and Thermometer Pocket

for Inner Shell and Jacket.

d) 1 No. Inlet Nozzle

e) 1 No. Outlet Nozzle

f) 1 No. Airvent

g) 2 Nos. Jacket Inlet / Outlet

h) Jacket Pressure Test - 6 Kg/sq. cm.

i) 1 No Padel Type Agitator 5 HP, 20 RPM

All Internal product contact surfaces will be polished

to 220 grit finish OR 0.8 micron RA finish

All external surfaces will be 2B mill finish.
