centrifugal loop recirculation pumps (37.5 kW), one (1) centrifugal
concentrate pump (3.5 kW) and one (1) permeate transfer pump
                   (7.5 kW).

Concentrate Section:  200 Liter concentrate tank w/18” manway, spray
ball, divert valves, level control, 3.5 kw transfer pump and flow
                     feed valves with feed back.

Permeate Section:  400 Liter balance tank w/18” manway, spray ball,
divert valves, level control, 7.5 kw pump &  including five (5)divert valves.
Feed flow valves with feed back.

                  Total power – 292 KW.

                    Loop Section:
A.   Seven (7) recirculation loops, one (1) centrifugal recirculation pump
   per loop, 37.5 kw
B.   Seventy (70) 6.3” vessels total including all necessary clamps,
interconnectors, permeate elbows and concentrate sample ports.
C.   Six (6) inline coolers with control valves and temperature probes.
D.   All necessary permeate collection piping with return line to permeate
pump. Rotometers flow meters for each stage.
E.   All necessary steam controls and heat exchanger for CIP.
F.    Loop isolation valves and plug flow flushing for CIP and production
control all valves with feed back.
G.   Interstage isolation butterfly valves on stages 1-5 to bring on one half
the area in each stage over the production run.

Diafiltration:  There will be in-line diafiltration on six (6) stages of the
system.  The diafiltration system will be fully automated and include the
                     following:

A.   One (1) 200 liter balance tank
B.   One (1) diafiltration pump
C.   Six (6) magnetic flow tubes
D.   Six (6) throttle valves with feed back.
E.   All necessary I/O and air components for diafiltration control.
