Concentrate Section:
Consisting of a 700 L enclosed balance tank
with manway and CIP spray ball. One (1) level control, One (1)
temperature transmitter and one (1) transfer pump 7.5 kw.

required for this pump) Sample valve to be located on tank.
Permeate Section: 1,000 L balance tank, CIP spray ball, level
control, 7.5 kw transfer

Control Section: The system is comprised of a central
control cabinet
with feed (CIP) balance tank, feeding a five (5) loop membrane
unit and controlled as follows:
One (1) Allen Bradley Control Logix PLC. One (1) operator
interface to be. Main
control panel includes warning lights and
emergency stop button. System concentration will be controlled
by means of a ratio with mag tubes in the
concentrate and feed line.
The control cabinet will
be NEMA 4X UL listed.
