Dehumidifier would
be supplied with the plant to bring down the temperature and humidity of
conveying air to desired level. The dehumidifier would be fabricated out of SS
tubes and aluminum fins. The dehumidifier would have two sections namely

To
separate the powder from the exhaust drying air with tangential air inlet,
centre tube and detachable cyclone top with tangential air outlet and removable
cover on top for cleaning and inspection. All welded seams will be polished
internally and externally to give a surface finish corresponding to 150 grit
and also the total external and internal surface. It is also equipped with
electromagnetic hammer.

Application:
For suction of air powder mixture from the drying chamber through the cyclones
and to discharge the exhaust air to atmosphere.
The
unit will be complete with totally closed fan cooled motor and V-belt drive
with safety guard. The fan will be of centrifugal type with statically and
dynamically balanced impeller and mounted on a shaft supported by ball
bearings. The housing will be provided with an inspection door and a drain.
The
fan and motor will be assembled on a common base frame.
It
is equipped with VFD for controlling for RPM of motor.
